All other "wiz's" ought to be fodded, except operators (oprs), * people
debugging (DEBUGGER), and wiz's who tell you they're going into wiz
mode to assist a beleaguered mortal, and wiz unmode again afterwards.

CAPITAL letters means it's an arch-wizard, ordinary means a wizard. The
numbers are order of accession, *'d means they didn't work their way up but
instead were elected for programming reasons.
