Dissertations
Dissertations can be written in the Department of Work, Organizational and Media Psychology as part of the Doctoral Program in Humanities and Cultural Studies or in Social and Economic Sciences.
The six-semester doctoral program is intended to foster doctoral student’s ability to perform independent research and solve complex scientific problems in the fields of basic and applied research. Generally, the dissertations written in our department are based on quantitative-empirical research studies. The dissertation itself is usually written cumulatively, i.e. it is composed of several separate journal articles.
