16. Congress of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP)
From 22. to 25. Mai about 1500 Work-, Organizational and Business Psychologists took apart at the 16. Congress of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) at the University of Münster. The theme of the EAWOP Congress 2013 “Imagine the future world: How do we want to work tomorrow?” particularly focused on new challenges in work organizations, such as globalization and digitalization of economic processes, flexible work with remote partners, demographic changes, financial turbulences, and growing climatic problems.
