Creation of a Linz Model for Candidate Analysis (in-house project)
The fit between „potential employees” and “company/team” is key for the success of a work relationship. If strengths, needs and values of the potential employee match the values and possibilities of a position, in most cases a good work relationship is the result. This is why the department AOM is working on the development of a “matching-instrument” for personnel selection, which can provide reliable reference points to assess this fit.
