Information for Persons with Special Needs

The congress takes place in three different buildings (Münster Palace, Lecture Bulding and Fürstenberghaus, see also “congress venue”). To participate in the different congress events, it will be necessary to move between these buildings. All congress rooms are accessible without barriers. The maximum distance between the buildings, however, is approximately 10 to 15 minutes walking distance, partly on beautiful historic but cobbled ways. Thus, if you might need special assistance for these ways between the congress buildings, please notify the congress office using the message tool below and please indicate which type of assistance you would need.

Although we will try our best, we unfortunately can not guarantee that each way that you may want to make during the congress will be adequately supported by local organizing staff – we hope you understand.
