Congress Fees
All congress attendants (visitors and presenting authors) are required to register for the congress. Congress fees include:
- 2 year membership of EAWOP (as general policy of EAWOP), including all services such as free receipt of the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology and the Organizational Psychology Review, sponsored summer schools and practitioner workshops, etc. (does not hold for one day registrations and accompanying persons)
- Access to the congress program including welcome reception
- Lunch buffet or take away lunches on conference days and refreshments during the session breaks
- Ticket for unlimited public transportation in the city of Muenster during the congress

Please send all required certificates to the registration office.
1) PhD students and undergraduates must confirm their status with a copy of their student ID
2) Seniors (retired scholars) must provide a copy of an official document confirming their retirement
3) Membership of SIOP and/or IAPP must be confirmed with membership certificate
4) Please note that One Day Registrations are only offered for interested visitors but not for congress attendants authoring a paper or presenting contributions within the official program during the congress.
5) Registration fee for accompanying persons includes the opening ceremony, the welcome reception, the closing ceremony, and take away lunches during the congress days. However, accompanying persons will not have access to any of the conference rooms or the poster sessions.
Please note that transfer charges of the participant’s bank and our bank’s receiving fees must be paid by the participant.
Additional charges for
- Pre-conference workshops: 75 € for each 3-hour workshop
- Congress Dinner: 60 €
- Social activities:
- Guided Tour of the Old Town including a Visit of the Hall of Peace: 8,- €
- Guided “Tour of History” of the City of Münster: 6,- €
- Guided Tour of the Old town at Night with the Night Watchman: 9,- €
- Visit of the botanic garden adjacent to the Münster Palace: 5,- €
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation before March 1st 2013: 50% refund
- Cancellation after March 1st 2013: no refund
