Dear HR Managers, Personnel Experts and Industrial Psychologists,
welcome to the
16th Congress of the European Association of
Work and Organizational Psychology
Münster, Germany, May 22nd-25th 2013
(download Call for Papers as PDF)
The theme of the 16th EAWOP congress ‘Imagine the future world: How do we want to work tomorrow?’ intends to inspire new and innovative ideas on how to master the manifold new challenges we face in work organizations today and tomorrow, such as globalization and digitalization of economic processes, flexible work with remote partners, demographic changes, financial turbulences, and growing climatic problems.
This congress will only embrace its theme if we manage to bring practitioners and scientists together. With an interdisciplinary approach combining practical and scientific experience we will succeed in reducing the practitioner-scientists gap with inspiring and trendsetting ideas and concepts. Benefit today from latest solutions and results of the work and organizational psychological research and offer your scientific colleagues the same opportunity. Place the topics awaiting you and ascertain which kind of research will assist you in the future. Communicate to achieve mutual understanding between practitioners and scientists and facilitate future cooperation.
